OneRoom provides a cloud-hosted managed service that has now provided live streams and recordings of funeral services and memorials for hundreds of thousands of online guests.  OneRoom has operated for over 10 years and is now operating across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team. The Accounts Administrator manages our debtors/creditors as well as provide general office & HR administration support.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience using Xero across both the accounts payable & receivable functions, preferably using multi-currencies.

The role involves:

  • Assist with all HR Admin (US and NZ employees), including onboarding, payroll, bonus calculations, expenses, and tax filing
  • All accounts payable and accounts receivables, including bank reconciliations
  • Set up new customers, monthly customer billing Xero - use OneRoom Analytics
  • Subscription management of customers
  • Inputting of project costings into Xero for installs
  • General office duties as required

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 2-3 years Xero experience across accounts receivable and payable functions
  • Exposure to working with multi-currency and multi ledgers
  • Previous Accounts Admin, and payroll experience
  • Flexible, open-minded and adaptable
  • Organised, with high attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office/Google Suite experience, with Intermediate Excel/Sheet knowledge
