Based in Mt Wellington, Mechanical Access Company is a market leader in the hiring of EWP / Access Equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to work on contract for 6-8 months (until May 2024) as maternity leave cover. You will manage orders & transport of our growing fleet.

The role is vital to the smooth running of our business, you'll have strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail, be naturally skilled at customer service, and ideally experienced with scheduling.

Major Responsibilities

  • Takes all customer bookings, and assists with enquiries.
  • Manages and optimises the booking & scheduling for all orders.
  • Maintains the scheduling system to ensure accurate invoicing, fleet records, deliveries, pickups

The ideal candidate will have

  • + 1 year of job scheduling, and dispatch experience
  • An ability to multi-task without compromising the accuracy of your work
  • Be computer and technology literate
  • The ability to be creative, innovate, and create solutions that benefit both MAC and our customers

Hours for this role are 7 am-4.30 pm.
