BoardPro is a high-growth SaaS business that is scaling internationally. We're on the hunt for an innovative Product Manager that has a genuine passion for the Tech world and someone who can think outside the box to create amazing products. This role will be instrumental to our team, working closely with the Founders helping to achieve our goals.

You'll be a self-starter who enjoys collaborating to drive great outcomes. Our product team is at the heart of what we do, and you'll be joining a diverse team that's a quirky mix of humble genius, fresh thinking, fervent and wholehearted.

This is where you come in

We are looking for a Product Manager to influence all aspects of our business, including customer needs, marketing trends, revenue streams, and profitability, this role is necessary to take our growing business to the next level. This role will be responsible for strategic planning and development of a roadmap to subsequently execute, from concept to delivery.


Things you'll do within 90 days

  • Learning about the world of governance and boards
  • Mind meld with the Head of Product
  • Begin to understand what our product offering is and the voice of our customers
  • Gain a deeper understanding of our customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps, and starting to generate some great ideas

Things you'll do in the first 6 months

  • Take control as the hub of expertise for our products and services
  • Develop a sustainable vision of how to meet the needs of the market and satisfy our customers
  • Confidently make decisions that are based on data and instinct to determine what is best for the business and our customers
  • Scope and prioritise product activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work with key stakeholders to take research and insights to the market and ensure that customer success, operations, product, and engineering are all aligned

Things you might be doing within 18 months

  • Presenting recommendations of launch strategies and implementation plans
  • Control the design, scope, and pricing of our products to ultimately drive revenue growth
  • Take a forward-looking view when analysing information and making data-informed decisions and recommendations
  • Analyse large data sets by utilising tools to achieve great insights
  • Be well-positioned to take on extra responsibility and further opportunities for growth in the business.
  • Explore options to live/travel abroad with BoardPro globally as we expand our operations internationally

We'd really like to meet you if you're someone with:

  • A track record of successfully developing products and managing the go-to-market launch
  • Comfortable working at pace and in a high-growth environment.
  • A proven background in research, development, insights, and a sound understanding of the product lifecycle
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills to get people on the journey with you
  • Passion for technology and customer insights with a talent for understanding the customer and their needs
  • Strong team player who loves collaborating and sharing ideas to learn and grow
