BoardPro is a high-growth SaaS business that is scaling internationally. We're on the hunt for a creative and innovative UX Strategist who can design and deliver amazing customer journey's that bring our product to life and help us achieve our goals.

This is where you come in

We are looking for a UX Strategist to take ownership of our customer's satisfaction throughout their journey with BoardPro. The role will see you research, strategise, design, and iterate new and existing features in a way that will enhance our customer's experience with our brand.

Things you'll do within 90 days

  • Learning about the world of governance and boards
  • Mind meld with the Head of Product
  • Build collaborative relationships and drive engagement with your peers
  • Understand our vision, and purpose and the role you play in achieving our goals

Things you'll do in the first 6 months

  • Take control of our customer journey and gain traction on outcomes and storytelling through amazing design
  • Develop UX specifications and work with the Product and Engineering team to bring this to life
  • Gain a clear understanding of what is working well and areas of focus
  • Gain a market and category understanding so we can continue to deliver a best-in-class product to our clients

Things you might be doing within 18 months

  • Lead design processes for app feature from research to launch
  • Facilitate customer interviews, design sprints, and user testing.
  • Step-change our customer's experience by creating a driving force legacy as to why our customers choose BoardPro
  • Leading a centralised Design Team covering all touchpoints people have with the business
  • Explore options to live/travel abroad with BoardPro globally as we expand our operations internationally

We'd really like to meet you if you're someone with:

  • A track record of UX SaaS design across web and mobile
  • Comfortable translating customer journey and experiences into user-friendly virtual experiences
  • Experience having worked in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Able to think strategically, yet roll up your sleeves and get the work done working collaboratively across the organisation
  • Exposure to complex technical systems such as Figma, Mixpanel, Aha, and Jira
