BoardPro is a high-growth SaaS business that is scaling internationally. We're on the hunt for an exceptionally organised and innovative product Ops Specialist/Analyst who can drive our product team to achieve great things.

You'll be instrumental in improving our product processes and joining a diverse team that's a quirky mix of humble genius, fresh thinking, fervent and wholehearted.

This is where you come in

We are looking for a Product Ops Specialist/Analyst to drive cross-functional collaboration to effectively support operations and product analysis.

A champion for product, behind the scenes you lead and own all operational product initiatives including the streamlining of product development, comms with internal stakeholders, and product support.

This role is the glue that sticks our Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams together, we said it was a high-impact role!


Things you'll do within 90 days

  • Learning about the world of governance and boards
  • Mind meld with the Head of Product
  • Engage and develop your internal relationships with the teams you will collaborate with
  • Begin reviewing and generating ideas for process enhancements and cross-functional efficiencies

Things you'll do in the first 6 months

  • Take control of streamlining processes using the tools available to you to do so
  • Understand the customer insights to support the product manager with customer journey maps
  • Take the lead on questioning the status quo on all things workflow management to remove problems and drive solutions for your internal stakeholders
  • Success is starting to look like you know what you are doing, you have achieved some wins, and you are creating value for not only the product team but the entire business.
  • Analyse and report on product stats, feature adoption, user feedback

Things you might be doing within 18 months

  • Confidently overseeing a growing Product Operations team
  • Lead the onboarding of new team members into the product
  • Specialising into becoming Product Operations Manager or Product Manager
  • Explore options to live/travel abroad with BoardPro globally as we expand our operations internationally

We'd really like to meet you if you're someone with:

  • A track record of building trusted relationships through authenticity and a shared passion for product
  • Experience in a similar product role and excited by working for a growing start-up business.
  • Confident using productivity tools to enhance the efficiency of process improvements and driving these initiatives to achieve common goals
  • Confident using software analytic tools to enhance our insight into the product adoption, usage required to achieve the business goals
  • Demonstrated growth mindset when problem-solving and influencing others
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication that can translate complex information into plain language
