Built upon an ethical and honest approach to client management, ARK Advance continues to grow. We are currently looking for an Account Manager Team Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for managing its own clients, as well as providing support to manage the account management team cost-effectively grow client revenue through smart digital advertising.

Key Tasks 

  • Regular contact with their own portfolio of clients to deliver and discuss achievements.
  • Management of monthly performance review meetings with team members.
  • Responsibility for managing the customer relationship between ARK and their clients. 
  • Responsibility for managing the back-office admin systems with the support of the ARK admin team
  • Understand the client's business, overall direction, and goals
  • Engagement with the wider ARK team to translate client objectives/goals into specific online marketing tactics.
  • To onboard new clients into their portfolio and have an overall understanding of those being onboarded by other team members

Experience Required 

  • Some prior experience that shows you are comfortable dealing with business owners and their unique marketing needs
  • Maturity to manage the relationship responsibility the role requires. 
  • Comfort with the effects of digital marketing, not the underlying technical orchestration.
