Operations Coordinator

Based in Mt Roskill, Mechanical Access Company is a market leader in the hiring of EWP / Access Equipment.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage orders & transport our growing fleet. The role is vital to the smooth running of our business, you'll have outstanding organisation skills, have excellent attention to detail, be experienced with scheduling and naturally skilled at customer service.

Major Responsibilities

  • Takes all customer enquiries and bookings.
  • Manage and optimise the booking & scheduling for all orders.
  • Use our scheduling system to manage bookings, with MAC fleet
  • Maintain the scheduling and invoice systems to ensure accurate invoicing, fleet records, deliveries, pickups

The ideal candidate will have

  • + 1 years job scheduling, dispatch experience
  • An ability to multi-task without compromising the accuracy of your work
  • Be computer and technology literate
  • A "customer-first" thought process and mentality
  • An understanding of Access/EWP machines would be an advantage
  • The ability to be creative, innovate and create solutions that benefit both MAC and our customers
